In this section, you’ll find the following resources for Zero Waste Scotland's research agencies:

  • MS Word report template: The standard Word template for all reports created by, and for, Zero Waste Scotland. Use this for all new reports.
  • User Guide: A comprehensive guide to using the Word report template correctly. It covers everything from formatting and fonts to referencing and accessibility. We recommend reading it before you start.
  • Accessible Report Compliance Checklist (ARCC): A checklist to complete before submitting your report. It sets out exactly what is expected to meet our accessibility and formatting standards.
  • MS PowerPoint template: The standard PowerPoint template for all presentations created by, and for, Zero Waste Scotland.

In this section, you’ll find the following resources for Zero Waste Scotland's creative agencies:

  • Brand and Accessibility Guidelines for Contractors: Our brand guidelines document. It covers how to use our brand correctly and includes guidance on making your designs accessible to all audiences.
  • Brand fonts: Download and install our brand fonts to ensure the InDesign template displays correctly. 
  • InDesign report template: An InDesign version of the report template for use by designers producing designed report layouts.
  • Logo suite: Before using our logos, refer to the Logo section of the Brand and Accessibility Guidelines for Contractors for guidance on correct usage.
  • Model release form: Required for any original photography featuring identifiable individuals. A completed form is needed for each person.
  • Branded motion graphics templates: A suite of customisable branded motion graphics templates for use in internal and external video productions. Please note that Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects are required to use these templates.

By downloading the Futura font, you agree to use it exclusively for reports prepared for Zero Waste Scotland. The font must be uninstalled upon the completion of your contract.
