Administrative Assistant

Fixed Term for 12 months

£17,751 - £20,884 per annum

Zero Waste Scotland, Scotland’s resource efficiency and circular economy expert, is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic administration assistant to support the work of our organisation at an exciting time.

Working within the Corporate Services team, you will be involved in; scheduling meetings and preparing agendas, arranging travel and accommodation, co-ordinating the set up and delivery of internal and external workshops and events, note taking at meetings, reception cover, inputting data to internal systems and providing general administrative support across the organisation.


The ideal candidate

To be successful in this role you will have excellent administrative skills including experience of Microsoft Office.  The ability to work as part of a team is a must as are good communication and interpersonal skills and an organised approach to your work. Knowledge or an interest in resource efficiency, recycling and/or environmental issues would be an advantage.


Salary and benefits

£17,751 (pay range is £17,751 - £20,884) and the successful candidate will be appointed to the starting point).

This role is fixed term for 12 months.

This role is based in our Stirling office located next to Stirling railway station and is conveniently accessed from across central Scotland.
