Circular economy: manufacturing masterclass series

This series of four masterclasses has been designed to help small-to-medium sized businesses based in Scotland to develop necessary skills and knowledge required to implement a circular business model. 

As part of Scotland's Manufacturing Action Plan, Zero Waste Scotland, in partnership with Scottish Enterprise, are offering free half-day masterclasses in November 2018 which cover the following four topic areas:

Manufacturing Masterclass: Implementing a Circular Model - 14 November 2018 

Manufacturing Masterclass: Product as a Service (PAAS) - 15 November 2018 

Manufacturing Masterclass: Servitisation business models, managing contract risk  - 16 November 2018 

Manufacturing Masterclass: OEM, Remanufacture and Compatible Products - 20 November 2018 

Designed to be practical, engaging and interactive workshops, businesses attending will work with companies engaged in the circular conomy sharing their successful case examples and organisational practices.

The Circular Economy Masterclass programme administered by Zero Waste Scotland, offers continuing professional development for SMEs based in Scotland and supports work that will deliver circular economy growth. It is supported by the European Regional Development Fund through the £73million Resource Efficiency Circular Economy Accelerator Programme.
