Zero Waste Scotland Programme Board

Zero Waste Scotland is directly accountable to Scottish ministers through a Programme Board.

The Board brings together experts from a range of sectors to advise and direct the delivery of the Scottish Government’s Zero Waste Plan by Zero Waste Scotland.  Minutes and other key documents are publically available here and on the Scottish Government website.

The Programme Board has no legal or financial governance responsibilities for Zero Waste Scotland. These are part of the strategic and governance relationship at UK level with the Waste & Resources Action Programme (WRAP), which is a limited company registered in England and Wales.
