Zero Waste Scotland is a programme managed by Waste & Resources Action Programme (WRAP) on behalf of the Scottish Government. All legal, financial and contractual obligations are undertaken via WRAP.
WRAP also helps set the strategic direction of Zero Waste Scotland through a number of UK-wide projects which are jointly funded by the UK’s devolved administrations.
WRAP is managed by an Executive, led by CEO Liz Goodwin and including Zero Waste Scotland Director Iain Gulland. In addition, the company is governed by a Board of Directors, led by Chair Peter Stone OBE and including a Scottish Government appointee, Stephen Pathirana.
