This free half day workshop provides in-depth training in using the Net Waste Tool to forecast project waste arisings and identify opportunities to reduce waste and achieve cost savings. The workshop will also explain how to use WRAP’s Site Waste Management Plan (SWMP) Template and Tracker to record a waste forecast and set waste reduction actions.
Aims
- make measurement and reporting work across supply chain interfaces;
- produce a project waste forecast;
- identify opportunities to reduce waste and increase recycled content;
- capture a waste forecast in a site waste management plan; and
- use the Site Specific Waste Analysis Tool for Waste Management Contractors.
Notes
This morning session will be followed by an optional Corporate Reporting workshop (1.5 hours) explaining how to implement the Halving Waste to Landfill Commitment. You can attend one or both sessions.
Lunch will be provided to delegates attending both sessions. All workshops are free and are limited to two people per organisation.
Delegates are requested to bring their own laptops (except London sessions).
