The purpose of the work is to provide Zero Waste Scotland a review of existing barriers that prevent SMEs in Scotland taking advantage of available resource efficiency advice and also the reasons why SMEs may not follow through on implementation when advice is received, both in general terms for Scotland, and in relation to any sector-specific or regional factors. These findings will inform the evolution of Zero Waste Scotland support packages in future.
